About Veterinaro
We've thought of that as well. Veterinaro allows you to import data from programs that were used before Veterinaro entered the market (Clinic XP, Pets, Vethoven, etc.). We are thinking about the environment and at Veterinaro we protect trees by allowing us to store information, documentation as well as conduct business electronically. The same is true for invoices. They are issued electronically and sent to the user's email address. Nevertheless, upon special request, we can send you the original invoice in paper form.
Yes, templates and samples of all the most important documents (including documents for inspection) are sewn into the system. In addition, visit templates have been specially developed by cooperating veterinarians to streamline the process of treating animals.
In addition, Veterinaro allows creating and printing prescriptions directly from the system.
Security
Veterinaro runs on Microsoft servers alongside companies such as Volkswagen Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Aviva. Cloud working technology is gaining popularity in Poland all the time, but it is already widespread around the world, and public trust institutions like banks and insurers are using it. Veterinaro is following this trend. Your data will be safe even in the event of a computer crash, flood, fire or theft. If this does not convince you, perhaps it will convince you in the possibility of making a copy of all your data and storing it on your favorite computer.
Data is stored on external, specially secured servers. No unauthorized person has access to them. Data is regularly backed up and cyclic backups are made - making it much safer than when stored on a local drive. Even in the event of computer failure or theft, your data remains safe and accessible from other devices.
Equipment requirements
Yes. Our system has been tested and works without any restrictions on devices running in the Apple, Android and Microsoft ecosystems.

In the era of universal access to the Internet, we have decided on a solution for which access to the global network is necessary. If you do not have Internet access at your facility, we will soon introduce the possibility of using our mobile Internet offer combined with the purchase of a computer or tablet.
All you need is a device with Internet access and a browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.). We give you access to solutions used by companies such as Microsoft, Aviva, Toyota. We emphasize that Veterinaro allows you to work not only from a computer but also from a tablet or phone - we open up a whole new spectrum of possibilities for you (e.g. conducting a visit outside the veterinary facility using a tablet and saving it immediately in the system).
