1. I AM CURRENTLY USING ANOTHER PROGRAM. CAN I TRANSFER MY DATA FROM IT TO Veterinaro?
We thought about it. Veterinaro enables import of data from a number of programs that were used before launch of Veterinaro. In addition, at your individual request, we are ready to facilitate the data import from another software. In case of any questions please contact us directly.
2. HOW DO I GET INVOICES FOR USING Veterinaro?
We are not Greenpeace but we still care about the nature and try to protect forests by enabling data storage in cloud and running the business in an electronic form. The same principle applies to our invoices: they are issued electronically and sent by email. Nevertheless, at an individual request, we can send the original invoice in paper form.
3. DOES THE PROGRAM ALLOW FOR PRINTING OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND PRESCRIPTIONS?
In short: yes. The templates of the most important documents (including documents required for inspections) are embedded in the system. More than that, in order to improve animal treatment process, the veterinary doctors designed visit templates. In addition, Veterinaro enables creating and printing of prescriptions directly from the system.

1. IS IT SAFE TO USE Veterinaro?
Guaranteed! Similarly to Volkswagen Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland or Aviva, Veterinaro runs on Microsoft servers. The cloud computing technology is already widely used in the world. Banks, insurers and other reputable organizations use it regularly. Veterinaro is part of this new era. Your data will be safe in case of a computer failure, food, fire or theft. For those still not convinced we enable to make data backups and store them on the local computer.
2. WHERE IS MY DATA STORED AND IS IT SAFE?
The data is stored on external, specially protected servers. Unauthorised persons do not have access to it, you can set access rights within your team. The data is regularly archived, we create periodic back-ups. Thanks to this your information is much safer compared to data stored on your local computer. Even in case of computer failure or theft, your information remains safe and accessible from other devices.

1. CAN I USE Veterinaro ON APPLE AND ANDROID DEVICES?
In short: yes. Our system has been tested and works without any restrictions on Apple, Android and Microsoft devices. More than that: Veterinaro works on all desktop and mobile devices connected to the Internet and with web browser installed (including tablets and smartphones).
2. CAN I USE THE SYSTEM WHILE NOT HAVING ACCESS TO THE INTERNET?
In the era of common access to the Internet, we decided on a solution to which Internet access is necessary. If you do not have Internet access in your workplace, we encourage you to take advantage of our offer of mobile Internet combined with the purchase of a computer or tablet.
3. WHAT ARE THE HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS TO USE Veterinaro?

No problems, we suggest you check it out for yourself and try it through the demo version. We have built a system that is simple and intuitive. We do not require reading fat manuals. The system can be set up in 15 minutes and mastered in a few hours. We would guarantee a refund if not, but we have no upfront fees and email cancellation.

1. HOW I CAN TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT ON USING Veterinaro?
It is actually quite simple. We are confident about our system and therefore there are no tricks. You can terminate the agreement within a day with no additional obligations and extra formalities. The termination will be effective from the end of the settlement period.
2. CAN I CHANGE THE SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE DURING THE AGREEMENT?
Yes you can. We are flexible and allow to change the selected package freely – you can downgrade or upgrade the package. There are no tricks nor extra liabilities. The change will be effective from the end of the settlement period.
